1. Introduction

Welcome to Gorgeous!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website, as well as purchases made through it.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Access & Account

  • You may be asked to provide personal data (e.g., name, email, address, billing details).
  • You warrant the information provided is true, complete and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Products & Information

  • Products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
  • Slight variations in colour, brightness or appearance may occur due to the device used.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order you make a purchase offer subject to acceptance by Gorgeous.
  • The sales contract is formed only after payment confirmation and acceptance by email.
  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate.
  • Shipping costs, duties or local taxes may apply where relevant.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are made to order and shipped to the address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee.
  • Gorgeous is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, consumers have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason.

  • The period runs from receipt of the product.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Return costs: borne by the customer, except in case of defect or error attributable to Gorgeous.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
  • Personalised or made-to-order products are excluded from withdrawal, except for manufacturing defects.

8. Guarantees

Under Decree-Law No. 84/2021, all products have a 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects or non-conformity.

The guarantee does not cover: 

  • Damage from improper/incorrect/negligent use;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Contact with chemicals, liquids or drops not resulting from a manufacturing defect.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (texts, images, design, logos, the “Gorgeous” brand) is owned by Gorgeous and protected by copyright and industrial property rights.
  • Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

Gorgeous shall not be liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transport failures, governmental restrictions, etc.).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Montijo shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
