Where are your covers produced?

Our phone cases are lovingly designed in Portugal and produced in Europe, guaranteeing quality, safety, and premium details.

What materials are your covers made of?

All our products come with a 3-year warranty because we believe in the quality and durability of our materials.

The warranty does not cover situations such as:

  • damage caused by misuse, incorrect use, or negligence;
  • Normal wear and tear from use;
  • Contact with chemicals, liquids, or drops that are not the result of a manufacturing defect.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders begin to be prepared a few hours after purchase.
If you contact us immediately, we will try to change or cancel it.
If it has already been sent, you can receive it and return it without any problems.

I haven't received order confirmation. What now?

Please check your spam folder to see if the email is there.
If it's not there, there may not have been an error in the email address provided during checkout.
Please contact us so we can verify this.

I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?

We are deeply sorry.
Although we perform quality checks before shipping, a defect may still occur.
If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the problem.
We will process the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once the order is placed, it goes into preparation and is shipped within 24–48 business hours .

After submission, the estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: 3–8 business days (DHL eCommerce), 1–3 business days (DHL Express)
  • United Kingdom: 3–8 business days (DHL eCommerce), 1–3 business days (DHL Express)

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, on purchases over €100.

How much does shipping cost?

For purchases under US$100, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. If you have any questions about your country, please contact us.

My package got lost in transit. What now?

Please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping company.

If it is confirmed as lost, we will send a new order at no cost.

I entered the wrong address. What now?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the address.
If it has already been shipped, we recommend that you contact the carrier to request a change or redirection (when available).
Always confirm the address before finalizing your order.

Refunds and Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If anything is not as expected, please contact us — we will do our best to help. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange the product.

How do I make a return?

Simply send an email to hello@gorgeous.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will respond with return instructions.

How long does the refund take?

Once the return is received and verified, the refund is processed within 2–5 business days .

  • Credit/debit cards: up to 5–10 business days to appear.

If you prefer, we can issue a digital refund or gift credit, which is processed on the same day.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), Gorgeous will cover the shipping costs. If it is for personal reasons (change of mind, style, model, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, including registered mail shipping.
