Refund policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Gorgeous website.
1. Right of Withdrawal
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day after receiving the product(s).
- To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision in writing to hello@gorgeous.pt
- After notification, the customer has 14 additional days to return the product(s).
2. Return Conditions
Only returns of products will be accepted that:
- Are in perfect condition;
- Show no signs of use or damage;
- Are returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and documents.
- Personalised products or items made to the customer’s specifications are not covered by the right of withdrawal, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product has a manufacturing defect or there is a shipping error attributable to Be You.
- In case of error or defect, Be You will fully cover transport costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned products and verification of their condition.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return results from an error attributable to Be You.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
- If the customer receives a defective product or one damaged during transport, they must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the order’s condition.
- In such cases, the customer may choose product replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
